Brice, McIntosh does not currently manufacture subwoofers. The sub we sell that is most comparable to the
quality of McIntosh speakers is made by REL. Subs are all they do and they do them well. The model I would
like to install there is in the Gibraltar series, called the GI. The normal selling price is $4499. your price is
$3825.
If you really are considering an inexpensive replacement, I would recommend the Goldenear Force Field 5.
Your price is 850.00 This will kill anything you can get at the big box stores.
I'd have to order either one. I would be willing to sell our lightly used G1 demo. I could bring it out tomorrow
if you let me know today.
