Ask you lawyer Lilly Ann Sanchez (Fowler White) to advise "Chuck"
and "Paul"
that Rob Buschel (my lawyer) is
immediately excluded from the subpoena previously issued. Basically
that under no circumstances is any information or data to be released
about him.
The cool thing is this will REALLY piss Chuck and Paul off LOL
They simply won't understand why Rob is "special". And will force
Chuck to ask him.
To which Rob will tell them "There are SOME people that understand
that some information should be considered private"
(which is the bases of our case with them).
In reality, Rob had little to nothing to do with your case, and all
the stuff he did will be handed over by the others in the case anyway,
so your legal team won't be losing any data or anything. Otherwise I
would not have asked this.
Thank you for being willing to do this. It is one of those subtle
"fuck yous" we can send towards Berger Singerman.
If you ever need me to check on someone, keep in mind I used to do due
diligence work for companies like Kleiner Perkins, mostly I was asked
to confirm if companies were full of crap.
