At this time, all the materials were ordered long before I had gone on vacation., I had requested that the shipment be expedited since the project was already delayed. I am currently waiting for a tracking number so that you'll be able to track when it is arriving. New drawings were drafted by the design engineer and will be sent via email to you by Friday July 22nd. With regards to the software installation, although you have the software onsite, there is a sentinel key which resembles a USB drive that was suppose to be ship along with the software but did not arrive. Without it, the software cannot be active so we can begin the process of upgrading. I had requested that Siemens customs solutions which is based in Chicago to contact me with the status of this material. The sentinel on the old machine will not work on the new machine due to hardware compatibility.If we are able to obtain the sentinel key before the end of this week, I can schedule a specialist immediately to install the software on the new machine. Once he is able to install the software successfully provided that most of the materials are onsite. He will attempt to do the upgrade the following week. I will be sending you on the following days he will at the site. I will attempt to contact Custom Solutions again in the morning for status.
