Since our last phone call, we have worked on the idea of offshore banking in China. It seems promising
and executable. We have talked to chairman of CITIC group (http://www.citic.com/wps/portal/citicen),
which owns CITIC bank in China, and also vice mayor of shanghai who heads financial sector there.
Some more studies need to be done. I will keep you updated.
