I used a special company to help me get all this done in the west coast. I fix the saggy part quick and nobody came to inspect it. Now your demanding new leather. Its all new and I want him to come in person to my shop. No more calls. This is all because communication issues between you and him. Im not paying the price for that.. I did exactly as I was told by you and what I said I was going to do! We went back and forth with this rear bench seat.. He also knew because he told me to order it. Someone needs to come monday to settle bill with a certifed check or truck goes in storage assuming storage fees as posted on my wall at shop.. It took days to get this right.. the dealers do not want to be bothered.. It's so many parts Plus so much work to put together.. It's all assembled piece by piece . To be honestly we lost money on that part of the JOB.. But I am not complaining. I Don't want be treated like I'm cheating someone.. 20 plus years in business in NYC With a stellar reputation . I got the JOB done exactly like described. I took care of all issues. Some could have been avoid because of the middle person loop we have.. I hope this helps..
