i want to discuss something that is very important. when you you present mr epstein with a paper: punchlist or
any other documents please make 100 percent sure you are intimately familiar with each entry and understand
the issues as he will go through things in detail. mr epstein finds little time if the person presenting has not fully
understood what they give him. I understand there were many errors on the list you recently provided with
dates, etc.. lets discuss later when we talk
