John is going to send preliminary drawings today for your review. He did not need, at this point, to come back
out prior to doing these drawings for you.
The topo confirms that the coconut groove area behind the Buck Steel building does not have the area needed to
place a new 4,000 square foot building due to the CZM setback of 50 feet.
John is concerned about erecting another building in that area, which may bring to CZM's attention that the
existing Buck Steel building is in fact within the established 50 foot setback.
