THe prochuitto chips were a new thing i thought you might like, clearly you didn't. I was thinking about them
last week and thought you'd enjoy the crunch and the fact that they're all meat, similar to jerky but crunchy. I
store them in plastic because its air tight and that keeps them crispy.
When I left at 6:30 the jerky was in one of the glass containers with plastic lid. same as we always keep it in.
