the edge of the enginereing sea, line should be boulders or a berm well defined. the rocks lining the side of
the mad away from five palm should NOT be simply dropped on the road as opposed to digging a six inch
ditch and mudding them in with cement.. like the road at the flagpole, otherewise we will be redoing them
forever after rains.. have we found the road material to spray on to fix the dust.?
