your guys are clever, have them reivew 1248 , penalty rules. , VI edc . . there are many articles laying out
the pros and cons of what you were suggesting. . that fact alone is all you need to know, to decide not to do
it. I m confronted with yesterdays thinking in many circunstances. not sure if its the age of the players or
keeping up with fast changes is too demainding.
