Regarding the new LLC we'll set up next week for trading securities, among other things(?), leon and I originally
discussed structuring my carried interest so as to be able to get cap gains treatment. Any structuring observations
or shld I do this thru my accnt and lawyer. (They have already noted the nyc sub s issue.)
