just spoke with kerry who reached out to selling broker (who she says is terrible)
response from sellers broker was that she is still waiting to hear from the decision maker and was rather vague
sellers broker has not come clean to kerry that it is an estate sale..
kerry believes that offer was not an outright no was a good sign
hopefully more info to follow tomorrow..
