I figured in a last effort, I'd ask for help one last time. I know that you are constantly dealing with a lot of stuff,

still owe student loan and credit cards) to my name, yes, I know, it's sad and depressing, but it took me years to
get there. Ugh. Anyway, this house is for sale, its tiny, but cute and I really like it. It's priced at $398k. Is there
any possible way you could help me get it? Ugh, well, I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I won't keep bothering
