Craig sent me a few e last nite- had staff pars + had a bid by a landscaper - I need a little time + will have a few questions for
craig on staff + how to reduce from 21 to lower- I'm going to give the landscaping to the lady I advised you about- just for price
for now
Like to review- why we can't get a part time- hired guns- when needed or seasonal -get things ready- this for both island +new
mexico property- which from some photos- needs some asap repairs- this also I would suggest- have a complete punch list
and bid it out to a reliable contractor - complete entire list vs your employees. Anyway let me look -by noon ill have it complete.
