Spoke with Mrs. Jackson of Boyson this afternoon regarding LSJ having access to their barge for the
upcoming project that will require 10 truckloads of concrete to be transported in 2 trips of 5 trucks per trip.
Mrs. Jackson will be hiring a barge that will be able to accommodate the delivery of the 5 truckloads of
concrete per trip. In order to coordinate this, Mrs. Jackson will need the following information:
I. The week is the project scheduled for.
2. Are you planning that both trips will be done on the same day? This will be ideal for Boyson. If this is not
what you planned, Boyson will only be able to do 1 trip in a week, so they would have to be scheduled over a
2 week period.
3. Is it possible for this transaction to take place on a Sunday.
They will need at least a 1 week notice to make the arrangements - they would really like a 2 week notice if
possible.
