gave landscaper some info- seems like to me- to many people are speaking for you- which have to say Jeff- I had a little of this
when we first started with the chef- think everyone wants to give you - what they THINK you want. Vs having u tell - main
sources exactly what you want + like- but all this is easy to solve once we get the correct players that you like to deal with- just
takes a little pain at the start-we will get you set

the biud by the landscaper is a good example.. craig took him around for two days. two days.. I spent an hour of
my time, explaing what i did not wabt. and what i did. i reiteriated what i didn't want. 10 days later i got a
proposal for 110k for thress planting areas, and drawings that were silly, and expressly what i said do not give
me. it is a waste . he did not manage the process. and in fact each day , he would tell me im supposed to have it ,
tomonwo. then tomoorwo again„ silly.
