A couple of points:
I. Spoke to rich abt some general items and cash flow. Stress level seems lower (not sure why, but thank you for
not alarming him). Also, all the mistakes notwithstanding--and you right there are a ton of them--he never
"caveated" what he sent as early, incorrect and iterative...stupid of him. Still obviously think he needs to be
properly bolstered.
