I met with last night and showed her the apartment. She was so sweet and appreciative. I explained that
we were in the process of redoing them all so it was not very new. She said 'this is already too new for me'
She is going to stay there from today.
She is very grateful to Jeffrey, I can tell.
Showed her the laundry etc and let her know about our lovely roof deck
