Thanks for your recent emails. I think it would be useful at this point to get together in NY to discuss the status
of things, address further what can/should be done, and ensure optimal communication/coordination. It's totally
your call, of course, on who should participate in such a meeting; I think that it would be helpful to have all of
your legal advisors together in the same room.
I've conferred with Kathy Ruemmler and she agrees with my suggested approach. Kathy and I are both available
for a meeting in NY next Monday (2/23), Tuesday (2/24), and most of Wednesday (2/25).
Please let me know your thoughts and we can go from there.
