The approximate value of all accounts, including the Martin Siegal Trust, as of February 1, 2013 is $1,450,000. This figure
does not include the value of the jewelry, as well as adjustments for professional fees.
As you know from your conversation with Sy Bressler at Bederson, they are working on finishing the final accounting, and
expect to have it available shortly.
