Rich: I am sorry that I missed you on Thursday morning. I did try to reach you all afternoon and on Friday. I
never heard from you. Can you give me a time on Tuesday that works to talk? We have a firm Executive
Committee meeting on Tuesday night (due to the holiday) where there is an item regarding instituting an
arbitration over the fee issue on the agenda. We need to talk before then.
