I do not drink, do not smoke, I do not take drugs, drink daily two bottles of water to 700 ml. and try to live as a
healthy lifestyle. Gym every other day. I sleep 8-10 hours ... I do not have a strict diet, but I try not to eat sweets
(fruit only occasionally). I take vitamins. I eat fish, meat! Yesterday I had the chicken with spinach. The day
before yesterday - beef with salad. Today I plan to fish. I cook by myself with olive oil and do not add salt. (I
read that the salt retains fluid in the body). Salads - with grape oil.. Yes, I stopped taking hormonal
contraception, because it that broke my period (they could be every two weeks) and I felt irritable. I almost did
not have sex and I thought I was cured skin ... So I decided that hormones are not necessary for me now.
I am very afraid of losing their jobs. I remember I had a risk to jump out from the agency, when I had problems
with the skin ...

you must be doing something that is making your skin toxic.. diet.. smoking. drinking? you need to drink
water, are you taking birth control? this looks different.. take close ups
