i would like to recommend a change of location for the proposed Dakota S2/deep well at Zorro
proposed new location would lower infrastructure cost
BGW (hydrology) and Frank Bond approve of this approach
It will mean amending plan that is tied up in WRD legal division
attached is a map indicating the proposed new location for your review
