MEMORANDUM
TO: Darren Indyke
FROM: Jay Goldberg
DATE: July 14, 2010
From the contact made with Mr. Fancelli by members of your side, do I understand
that if Fancelli and his team went to the Island to complete the work that was originally
intended to be done, on the assumption that the wood was now dry, this would end the
controversy between the parties as to the Island matter? The more I go over the
documents, it seems that if Epstein met with Fancelli and satisified himself with the fact
that the work was being properly done, this would resolve so much of the case, and allow
Epstein to enjoy his office/library.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience, for if you want me to act and do
the necessary, time is of the essence.
