I had a good first call with Liss made offer at $2.30 he asked $3.00 but went to $2.75 pretty quick.
There is a logic to keeping the DNA business ,Bode, it is throwing off $4.5 going to $5.5 in free cash. At the
end of 2011 we would have in the best case Bode,public shell ,and $21-$24,875,000 in cash
