Kenny, hope the transition isn't too painful. I wanted to advise you that the civil plaintiffs attnys, - ambulance
chaser types, have gotten an order from the judge ,requiring me to turn over all the correspondence between my
counsel and the USAO . Marty and Jay are talking. I am only concerned that these trouble makers, will use the
letters from you to Justice, Marie, Sloman„ to cause trouble in the future. The judge gave us three days.
