Attached please find the new conceptual plans and 3D views for the pool area at LSJ. Please keep in mind
these sketches reflect the planning and massing studies - locating the major elements - and not the
detailed design. That will come once we hone in on a preferred scheme.
Option 1:
Maintains the service road.
Places the new guest cottages in line with the existing ones.
Option 1A:
Similar to 1, but places the new guest cottages over the screening room
Option 2:
Pushes the pool area out over the service road.
