SEND THE FOLLOWING , dear mr dershowitz , i just spoke to mr epstein, he told me you represented that we
" were very close on the numbers " this is a misleading statement, We are only close on the total amount of
money transferred to you. not whether the billing is correct, documented, or an accurate reflection of the
agreement. to these categories we continue to disagree, ie. you have yet to provide any back up to 178,000. that
i asked for last december that was included on your schedule, but was never invoiced or detailed.
