J Marra denied discovery appeals today on tax returns, passport, correspondance. Production
due - absent a stay - on Wednesday (and in State on Thursday). Will be talking to civil
attys today about options, interlocutory appeals other than refusal/appeal from contempt. My
office will prepare Rule 4 on MJ Johnson A-Rod production order. Have talked to Mike about
converting a lot of his prtrial motions being filed today (re witness list, re publicity)
into a compelling continuance motion but it remains for early next week. MGW
