Talked with Bruce. I understand what he said, which is he needs approximately $10.5 million that would give you a first lien on
a great number of lots and a great number of value and 50% of the profits, which he says would be sensational (naturally).
He is sending me more information. What do you want me to do? Obviously, if I knew anyone that would loan $10 million, I
would have already borrowed it.
