Chuck, attached is the Stip and Motion we sent to Luis and Drew last night.
These documents were provided by Luis as forms already approved by the Court and the Order from the Court
addresses the Attorney/Client issues with the "clawback" provision, so there is not issue about jeopardizing the
privilege by releasing the data.
