Was glad to hear that the fee dispute settled. Talked with Mark Luttier last evening and he said they came way
down. I hope it was way down by your standards, not the lawyers.
I still think thereare Bar complaints, Inspector General investigations, etc., that are in order, but perhaps that is
better considered a short way down the line, if you are prone to consider it at all.
