Dear David,
please find attached the floor plans plus the interior pictures of the neighboring house that will give you some idea of
the space. Number 3, the one currently for sale, is actually much nicer and more elaborate in terms of interior design
and finishes. It is the best house I have seen in London. One of the advantages is of course that the house has just been
build 3 years ago which makes it a very solid build.
Unfortunately the owner is under no circumstances willed to let us take pictures. However, I can arrange for you to go
inside and take some secretly when no one is looking.
I have spoken to the owner directly now and he told me he would accept £80m. He recently rejected an offer at £78m at
an asking price of £85m.
This house is unbelievable. Would love to buy it myselfIll
