I think I have a plausible idea for us: the story is that I found a new burger concept in
which you and I are investing. We can't tell him about the company because we are subject to
a draconian confi, etc. We will open our first nyc location in september in time for bac-to-
school. He'll buy the story because of my renown love for and knowledge of burgers and your
and my history of investing together. We can't include him because of the built-in conflicts
of interest etc.
