As discussed it is our recommendation that Dupson be promoted to crew chief, please note Dupson has already
indicated that he has been offered work elsewhere and is seriously considering moving on. This would be a
great loss to the landscaping crew, especially at this time.
The total cost includes all employe taxes etc.
