Also Phyto. sprayed, dipped and inspected by USDA P.R. officers, and the proper paper work issued to be free to ship live pest/pathogen free plant material. Here you will see 9 of the 12 flat racks and the one dry box, making 13 total that will be, shipped today Friday October 29th. I went to the port of San Juan and ensured that the 3 flat racks I didn't see being loaded, were in fact there. I was almost arrested, threatened by PR Port Authority Police, for taking pictures in a secure area without proper liscence. Apparently there was an investigation for a drug smuggling operation using cruise ship employees???? Anyhow, I spent the rest of my time at the offices of Serralles Second. Inc. in Ponce and San Juan, as well as Tropical Shipping offices, to ensure that, all of the necessary paperwork was in order so I may, clear Customs in St. Thomas Today Friday October 29th, before, the cargo reaches, so that we are good to go, Saturday October 30th for delivery to LSJ. I am off to clear customs right now.
