They want and probably need more before they go from their understanding of why this case is far from
heartland of scoring or tier 3 to where they will be comfortable just ignoring agency concusion
They were working off pc affidavit not police rpt
We need to highlight why neither provide convincing basis for enhancing 1 count 1 17 year old incident into
more than state any believed was the right charge
