Howard and I spoke to Larry this moming, I thought Larry was reaching out to you. The bottom line is Sikorsky feels to
be competitive the most they would offer you is a number in the 11.4 m range. Personally I think that is giving it away.
I will find a buyer just may take a little time. What is the bottom line net number you want, I am advertising it at 12.5m...
some resistance but no offers. I think we hold firm and wait until we get a firm offer then you can decide. It is not the
market it was 2 years ago but it will sell.
