in regard to mechanical at zorro, when every we have a issue i always call rich, as i did with the cooling tower
last year, outside of that issue the system has been running well i can monitior the system anywhere through
remote access
We have a contract with Jack's Mechanical who do all the filter changes and maintain the system on a quarterly
basis. Rich generally visits in the spring and fall to check system i will arrange a time for him to come in
May for his visit. I will make sure gary is aware that Rich is to be involved in island AC projects
