1. A summary P&L statement relating to the years 2007108, 2008/09 and YTD Jan 2010.
2. Individual P&L reports to the years 2007/08, 2008/09.
3. Balance sheet and P&L report for the period ended 315t Jan 2010 (April 2009 to Jan 2010)
4. Budget proposal received from the Hotel management relating to the year 2010/11.
