spent traveling and reviewing your ideas, are less valuable than your time. I think its in your interest to meet with
me , as I have been requesting, I have never said you have done nothing. I said that it is incredible that you have
reviewed plans with me that you yourself could not describe. I said that it is incredible that you have designed
plans , that have no relation to the land limitations, and views, ie. a house that faces the garbage dump. , I find it
incredible that after every conversation that has been had since day one, the requirment was for your people to do
the design on the island, and have places in shade and out of the wind.. that the designs have been done without
even a site vist, by the firms you say you hired, that the terraces, were built directly into the wind, and that even
in the last library rendition, no thought is given to either the wind or shade. I have been promised landscape
plans, master plan, nursery plans, spa plans, spa details since last march, were never ever deliver„ i have asked
in e mails at least 7 times.. Pilar said then why didn't you end it there, I reiterated , I think jp is talented and
hoped that he would get quality people with experience to help. AS you recall your spa plan, had the jacuszzi
hanging into the theatre from the ceiling. I never said that was nothing done, I said it was a waste of my time and
yours„ I have consistantly said and repeatedlast night that you are surrounded by incompetents.. Pilar told me
that she heard me upset in the house one time.. she did not know that it was as a result of having after many
discussions, the plans upside down, and the measurments, wildly in error . stairs that went off a cliff, , roads
that went up the side of a cliff etc. prepared by you staff.

I think you didn't quite understand what Pilar said, I have never sent a bill for all the things that I have worked
on, but that doesn't mean that I have done nothing as you often say.
I do agree that is an excellent idea that someone who understand all this design process can help giving a clear
view on where we stand, it is obvious that we do not communicate. Even your last mail, with copy to your
lawyer, makes me guilty of not putting a bedroom in the New Library, which you and I had eliminated, and
anyone would know how easy would be to re-denominate the vestibule next to the bathroom as a bedroom... In
any case that is what McGuire did on all the other drawings. I was expecting perhaps a comment on the idea of
keeping an office on the second floor,etc.
Regarding your question to Pilar who did what in Canada, is the same set up that I thought we had, I did the
design and a Canadian firm did the construction and all the permitting, the engineering etc. (the equivalent to
McGuire, with the difference that they could not alter my design with out my approval, I don't know if you have
seen their version of your office building, is rather awful)
