Emad has informed me below that Darren and rich require that any over budget by line item payments be
approved by you. The item in question is to complete the distribution of the sewer affluent and is over budget by
about $3,000 due to my bad estimate. I need your approval. This process is going to become a big issue in the
future as every line item is a estimate and as we discussed in the begining every line is going to be over or under
if I give you honest estimates. To relive the burden of our going thru this erxercise I suggest you give me a 10%
or $10,000 athority
