I understand that in your capacity as counsel to
Fortress, you called my son Harry to see if Mr.
Epstein had any interest in settling this matter
now. sure Harry told you "yes" and also
requested some documents. I called last week
and left word for you, but never heard back. Are
you available to meet with me and Mr. Epstein on
March 3d regarding settlement? Can we expect to
get the documents Harry asked about? I am in my
