alone o/j case as part of 3771 case/ I would guess he was setting up a motion in support of civil
subpoena to further Edwards' 3 civil cases - no Rule 6 GJ since its prosecuted by complaint, maybe
followup information (not yet an indictment) - still federal interest in not helping civil plaintiffs -
indicating that Cassell, his group retain an interest in the cases Edwards was "fronting" -
