Forgot to tell you: The Florida corporation that bought the Dixie Highway property from Mike for just over the
$5+ million he owed Stonegate Bank was SGBK Properties. I looked it up and SGBK has the same address as
Stonegate Bank. Apparently it is Stonegate Bank's corporation ("SGBK") , so the bank essentially bought it
back for what Mike owed them on it.
One down for Mike. Now I hope he turns his attention to getting us out of the Reo Lane mess.
