I thank you for your help and my preference is to help you with LSJ as a great project with
the fees paid up front that as you know would completely help me....I am not wanting a hand
out but a way for us to help each other.
I am really good at what I do and I can have talk to Steve Ratner ex CEO of DLJ and Anthony
Orso who were my clients on the 750 mm dollar build out of Hard Rock and they will vouch for
my capabilities as well as fiscal and budget management my fee was 5.5 mm
