I too am wary.
I do qualify prospective purchasers financially and determine that they are
looking for a townhouse. The lack of an offer is unfortunate however , as
you are aware, I am in the business of closing deals and not showing
property to random affluent buyers. Again, I am under the impression that
this is a good prospect. (You can bring a horse to water...)
Any chance of meeting Mr. Epstein for a cup of coffee for ten minutes or so
