I wanted to share some time-sensitive information regarding Acqua Liana and 700 S. Ocean (5.57 acres/520' of
direct ocean-to-Intracoastal vacant land).
In the event we do not secure a contract for purchase and sale between now and January 1, 2010, we will be
significantly reducing the price of Acqua Liana from $29 million to $24.3 million. The new price of $24.3
million would represent between $1.2-$1.7 million below current appraised value (as you know, we have two

reduction.
