Greetings to you from Moscow!
I'm writing you on behalf of Mr.Doronin. Please find attached some information on the penthouse at Moscow City at Capital
Group property called Capital City. The building stand on the Moscow river with the main view to Moscow Kremlin and
historical center.Mr. Doronin proposes you two floors and terrace on top with fantastic view to all Moscow and it's outskirts
at L64. Floor L62 — is 450m2(aprox.4500sq.ft) that can be increase if you need some more area at that level. Second level
— floor L63 is 390 m2 (aprox.3900sq.ft). Terrace at the L64 level is 251 sq.m (aprox2510sq.ft). Floor to ceiling height at L62
is 4,9m (aprox 16,2ft) and at L63 — 4,6 m (aprox. 15,1ft). The Dutch designers propose an opening (void) in the ceiling at
the L62 to L63 to make the entertainment level more impressive with the height of almost 32ft, but that is an option.
