Another words, the meeting, again if it occurred, would be subject to a written agreement between Roy (or
whoever else would represent you at the meeting) and the USAO, it would identify the scope of subjects, and it
would expressly condition any discussions by either Roy (or other attys) and "the client" on FRE 410 and other
promises of confidentiality. It could not be informal or there would be no protection.
